System contracting, design, and consulting have each been a major portion of our business since the beginning. Our early experiences with touring and production work provided LSC with the opportunity to learn first hand what to do, and what not to do. As guided by the desire and direction of our founder Mark Lowrance and his near 40 years in the audio industry, LSC has developed a reputation for designing and installing various types of systems that exceed customer expectations and go well beyond the offerings of our competitors. While our training and certifications are abundant, two key items separate LSC from the rest of the pack; experience and service after the sale.
LSC is experienced with all types of venues and seating arrangements, from a small 10 person board room to over 100,000+ seat athletic stadiums. We offer in house acoustical modeling and prediction of sound system performance prior to construction and installation, an invaluable service that aids in proving out the engineering behind a design. Experience has shown that if a customer can visualize a result, they are more comfortable making decisions pertaining to expenditures; especially if they are not well versed in the science of sound. Computer drafting and programming are also provided in house. Our experienced drafting department provides two dimensional documents ranging in use from required shop drawings for bid work, to one line schematics that accompany each installation within a custom owners manual. Equipment programming is handled by experienced in house staff, namely Mark and Carl Lowrance. Mark and Carl’s experience with programming everything from simple IR based universal remote controls to very intricate digital signal processors, means our customers can rest assured that no amount of paid labor is being wasted. Lastly, our experience allows us to produce custom electronics, hardware, and cable assemblies for simple or highly specialized jobs.
At LSC we take pride in our customer base and want each customer to know we are with them from beginning to end. For this reason we offer multiple types of repair services, including: traditional service calls, 48 hr. turn around emergency service calls, phone support 24 hours a day, and off hour / weekend based services. Normal service calls are handled in a first come first serve basis, but if you ask around, you’ll find we always go above and beyond! On numerous occasions Mark and Carl have been known to make service calls after hours, on the weekends, and even for free for our valued customers! Like grandma used to say, “If you can’t support it, you shouldn’t sell it!”, and we firmly believe LSC has the best service track record of any of our competitors!
